How do I order?
It's easy, just visit our order link. This takes you to our catalog of underwear. Choose the pair that suites you or the person you are giving them to and fill in the order form to the right. You can explore your font, text and thread options by clicking the words beside each text box. Your options can also be located in the main link bar; personalizing options link.
What happens after I submit my custom info?
An add to cart button will appear. Pay Pal provides our merchant service. They are super safe, secure, well established, and highly recognized . We accept major credit cards or pay pal accounts. As soon as payment is made, your order will be processed.
What if I want to order multiple pairs at one time?
You should submit a complete order for each pair if each will have several distinctive qualities. The submissions will be handled and shipped together when names are consistant.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Each pair ordered is $2.50 for shipping and handling.
Orders containing over 3 but under 10 will be charged a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping and handling.
When can I expect my undies to be delivered?
After your order is processed, it will take about 3-5 business days to enjoy your undergarment.
(unless items are on backordered). All shipping sent First Class by the United States Postal Service.
Can I send my order to someone as a gift?
Of course, we encourage it! Everyone loves hip, personalized gifts.
You will be prompted during check out to add a gift message and send to an address other than your own.
I need some ideas, can you suggest something to write on the underwear?
Sure! Just head to our text options page. We have ideas for everyone there.

Our paper products (shipping envelopes) are made from 100% recycled consumer products.
Invoices are handeled electronicly, in an effort to reduce paper waste.
